"Air conditioner wasn't working. Squeezed me in. Turned out I just had a clogged condensation drain. Had A/C running within 5 minutes of arrival. Just had to pay the service call, which was less than everyone else I called. Jim was a nice, knowledgeable, and helpful guy. Told me what to do to keep it from happening again. Will use again"
